Eduarise Refund and Returns Policy

Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, cables, AR cards, QR stickers, and free items.
  • Proof of purchase is required, for example the order number or invoice.
  • For software keys or app activations, the QR code must not be used.

3. Items that cannot be returned

  • Digital products, downloads, app subscriptions, activation or license keys once delivered or used.
  • Customized or made to order items.
  • Clearance or final sale items if marked as non returnable.

4. How to start a return

Email support@eduarise.com within 7 days of delivery. Share the order number, reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization and the Karachi return address.

5. Inspection and refund timeline

After we receive your return, we inspect it within 2 to 5 business days. If approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit.

6. Shipping charges and deductions

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If the order qualified for free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • If you use our return pickup label, the return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. You may send the item yourself instead, using your own courier.

7. Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases we cover reasonable shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for the same item or an item of equal price within 7 buisness days, subject to stock.

9. Missed delivery or wrong address

If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship after you pay the new shipping charges. If you request a refund, we will deduct all shipping charges.

10. International orders

For orders shipped outside Pakistan, duties and taxes are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

11. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan and any disputes will be handled in Pakistani courts.
